The Challenge: With a global membership of 16,000 and a strategic “appraiser-center redirection,” the Appraisal Institute needed a compelling way to humanize the real estate valuation profession. The challenge was to consistently capture and share authentic stories from their diverse members across the USA, showcasing the real-world impact and expertise of appraisers beyond just technical reports.
The Solution: Eidolon delivered a complete end-to-end solution, encompassing Pre-Production, Direction, Production, and Post-Production for this ongoing series. Producing in diverse cities like Chicago, Cleveland, Los Angeles, and Washington, D.C., our team skillfully captured both intimate interviews and dynamic “out-in-the-field” moments. This footage was then expertly crafted into short, authentic stories that brought the real estate valuation profession to life, directly supporting the organization’s goal to highlight the voices and experiences of its appraisers.
Added Value: Beyond the primary member-focused series, Eidolon proactively identified an opportunity to maximize the client’s investment. We repurposed existing high-quality footage to create a scripted series of 10-second, 30-second, and 60-second commercials. These were specifically targeted to end-users of appraisal services, effectively extending the reach and utility of the captured content into a new marketing channel, thereby amplifying the Appraisal Institute’s message to a broader audience.
