Client: PAI
The Challenge: PAI needed to transform eight years of complex, multi-country work into a single, emotionally resonant story for a high-stakes donor audience. The challenge was : capture the impact of their Accesso model across five Latin American countries, from the highlands of Guatemala to the Amazon of Peru, on a tight production timeline of less than 3 months. This required us to navigate a hybrid production model, managing multiple local partner crews while ensuring a consistent, cinematic quality. Furthermore, we had to build trust within diverse and often vulnerable communities, telling deeply personal stories about reproductive rights with the utmost sensitivity and respect.
The Solution: Our solution began with a strategic narrative blueprint, assigning a core pillar of the PAI Accesso model to each country to create a unified and powerful story. We executed a seamless hybrid production, vetting and directing expert local crews with detailed creative guides to ensure a cohesive, high-end visual style across all five locations. To crystallize PAI’s unique methodology, we integrated interviews with the PAI CEO and Acceso program manager, transforming a complex model into an accessible and compelling story. Through intensive pre-production and deep collaboration with PAI and their local partners, we delivered a powerful, 13-minute documentary that moved audiences and equipped PAI with a vital asset for their fundraising and advocacy efforts.
